Our place, Shahul Real Estate Properties, is located right on Manacad Road in Ooruttambalam. It’s a quiet enough spot most days. We focus on property things around this part of town. If you live nearby, you've probably passed our door once or twice. We aren't trying to be some big city agency. We just help folks find houses or land when they need it. Sometimes the process is a bit messy with all the documents and signatures, but we stay on top of it as best we can. The office is pretty basic, but it works for what we do. We talk to a lot of locals who are looking to sell their plots or maybe find a new rental for their family. It’s mostly about knowing who is doing what in Ooruttambalam. We've seen the area change a bit over the years. New buildings go up, old ones get renovated. We keep our records and try to give people the right information when they ask. It isn't always exciting work, but it's what we know. You can find us easily on the road. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the job here. People come in, ask a few questions, and we see what’s available on the books. It’s just us doing the day-to-day real estate stuff for the community. We aren't perfect, but we get the job done for our neighbors and keep our records as straight as we can.
