Trivandrum Residential Properties

You can find us at number 256 in the Pulimoodu area. It is a busy part of Trivandrum, and we have been doing business out of this spot for quite a while now. The office is pretty simple. We mostly deal with houses and apartments for people who want to live around here. There is always traffic on the main road, so it can get a bit loud during the middle of the day. We have a lot of old files on the shelves from all the different properties we’ve looked at over the years. It’s mostly about knowing which house is empty and who is looking for a place to stay. We don't do any big advertisements or anything like that. People just know we are here in Pulimoodu. Sometimes we go out to show a house and have to lock the front door for an hour. The weather gets pretty hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast. It is just a few of us working here. We spend our mornings checking messages and our afternoons out on the street. It’s regular work, nothing too special. We know the local roads and the shortcuts to avoid the traffic. If you come by, you’ll see we keep it pretty casual. It’s just a local office for people who need help with houses and things in this part of town. We just try to be clear with everyone about the properties we have on our books. It is a lot of talking and walking every day.
