One Roof Real Estate is located on the third floor of Tvs Towers in Kowdiar. We are quite close to the Kowdiar Palace, which is a very well-known landmark here in Thiruvananthapuram. Working in this part of town is interesting because you see a lot of different types of properties. Our office is where we spend most of our time looking through listings and talking to people who want to buy or rent something. It isn't a very large team, just a few of us who know the local streets and who owns what. We don't do all that fancy real estate talk you see on TV. We just tell people what is available and what the price is. Sometimes we spend the whole day driving around to show houses, and other days we are just stuck at our desks doing paperwork. Real estate in Thiruvananthapuram can be a bit slow or very fast depending on the month. We just try to keep up with it all. Being in Kowdiar makes it easy for clients to visit us, and it’s a nice area to work in. We’ve been at Tvs Towers for a while now. We know the building and the neighbors. It is just a regular job for us, helping people find a place to stay or a spot for their business. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just show the places and handle the papers.
