Alamco Architecture

You can find Alamco Architecture in the Aswathy Building, which is located in Kazhakootum. We are situated very close to AJ Hospital, so it’s a landmark everyone knows. Kazhakootum has changed a lot lately with all the tech development, but our corner feels a bit more traditional. Our office is on one of the floors of the Aswathy building, and it’s a busy place during the week. We have several computers set up for 3D work and a large table where we look at the big prints. It’s often a bit noisy because of the hospital traffic and the general bustle of the area, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. There is usually a stack of blueprints by the door waiting to be taken to a site. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a receptionist to take your coat. It’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of place. The staff here are mostly local folks who know Thiruvananthapuram well. We spend a lot of time discussing materials and checking the latest regulations for our projects. The kitchen area is small, mostly just a kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoons get long and we need a break. It’s a hardworking office where the focus is always on getting the next set of drawings finished. We don't spend much time on decorations; the walls are mostly covered in project schedules and technical charts. It’s just how we operate.
