We are Abs Associates Architects And Planners, located at Essar Plaza on NH 47 Road in Sreekaryam, Thiruvananthapuram. Our office is right opposite the Mahadeva Temple Arch, which is a very easy way for people to find us. Being on the main NH 47 road means there’s always a lot of traffic passing by, but it makes us very accessible. We’ve been working out of this plaza for a while now. The office is basically where we do all our planning and architectural drafting. It’s a mix of sitting at desks and going out to look at various plots of land. Trivandrum is a nice place to work, and Sreekaryam has a good balance of being busy but not overwhelming. We are just a group of people who know how to put plans together. We don't have any polished speeches prepared for when someone walks in. Usually, we just offer them a seat and talk about what they are looking to build. The temple arch across the road is a nice view when we take breaks. We deal with the local authorities and the usual paperwork that comes with planning work. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when deadlines are close, but we just push through it. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local firm doing our thing in Thiruvananthapuram, trying to make sure our drawings make sense for the people who need them.
