We have been working out of this location for a while, dealing with various machine parts and tools. Padi is a real hub for this kind of work, so there are always people moving around and trucks coming in and out of the side streets. The shop floor is where we spend most of our time. It’s not air-conditioned or fancy, just a solid building where we get our hands dirty every day. We don't really bother with flashy signs or big advertisements. People around the neighborhood know what we do and where to find us. We show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start going through the orders on the clipboard. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to organize the stock and clean the tools. Other days, it’s a total rush to get everything packed and ready for the delivery guys. We’ve got a small team, and we all know our roles without being told too much. We don't have a HR department or a PR person. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone and answers their questions. The road outside can get pretty noisy with the traffic, but we don't mind it.
