N Groop Pvt. Ltd.

Our office at N Groop Pvt. Ltd. is based at Vallaphoor House, which is out in the Mang Tiri Post area of Tirur. It’s a bit of a drive from the main part of Malappuram, but I prefer the quiet out here. The building is an old family house that we’ve converted for our business needs. There’s a big mango tree in the yard that gives some nice shade during the hot afternoons, and I usually park my bike under it. Working from Vallaphoor House feels different than being in a city high-rise. We have our desks set up in what used to be the living room. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is here at the same time, and we have to be careful with the wiring so nobody trips over a cord. Tirur is a nice place, though the humidity can be quite tough on the computers. We do a lot of our coordination over the phone and through the mail that comes to Mang Tiri Post. I’ve lived in Malappuram my whole life, so I’m used to the pace of things here. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria; we usually just bring tiffins from home and eat together on the porch. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains heavily, but we manage to get our work done regardless. It's just part of the routine.
