Index Technologies

You can find Index Technologies over at 744B in the Shabana Complex. We are in Changaramkulam P.O. area. It’s a decent sized building and we’ve been in this unit for a good while now. We do a mix of things here, mostly technology-related stuff that people in the community need help with. It’s a small team, just a couple of us who know our way around computers and electronics. The complex can get pretty busy during the day, which is nice. We aren't the type of company that has a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the counter. Our workspace is usually covered in components and cables because there is always something being repaired. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the other business owners in the Shabana Complex too. It feels like a small community. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just look at what’s broken and see if we can fix it. If someone needs a new setup, we tell them what we have in stock. It’s a very direct way of working. We like the pace here in Changaramkulam. It’s not too fast, not too slow. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way every day. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall downstairs while we wait for a backup to finish. It’s a comfortable routine we have built up here.
