Vishwaa Associates

Our office is located at 11/42 in Poombukar Nagar, which is right in the Goldwins area. It’s quite near the KMCH Hospital and the Aerodrome, so there is always a lot of movement around here. At Vishwaa Associates, we have a pretty small team. We mostly focus on helping people find homes or land in this part of town. Since we are so close to the hospital and the airport, we see a lot of people moving in for work. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone new to the area, so we try to make things as simple as we can. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or pushy behavior. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or hearing about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, checking on sites and making sure everything is in order with the titles and the legal side of things. It’s a lot of legwork, but we prefer it that way. We like to see things for ourselves before we tell anyone else about them. Our desks are usually covered in maps and documents, and there’s always a pot of tea or coffee going. We just want to do a decent job and help folks get what they are looking for without too much fuss. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy being part of the community here.
