Ramani Impex

Ramani Impex is located over at Rajaji Nagar 3rd Street. We are quite close to the New Bus Stand in Appachi Nagar. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long, which is a bit noisy but you get used to it. The address is 2/16-B, it’s a small place tucked away behind some bigger buildings. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office is basically just two rooms. One is for the paperwork and the other is where we keep the samples and some stock. It's not very fancy, just some metal racks and a few chairs that have seen better days. We handle a lot of different items coming through for export. The phone rings a lot, and someone is always looking for a tracking number or a delivery date. It’s mostly just family working here. We don't have a big staff or a human resources department. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over our lunch break. The walls are covered in old calendars that nobody ever bothered to take down. We keep the front door open to let some air in, even if it gets a bit dusty from the road outside. The street gets very muddy when it rains, so we have to be careful when moving the boxes. It’s just a regular local business. We do our best to keep things moving. We don't really do any advertisements. People just find us by word of mouth.
