Beyond International

You can find our office at 38/20, on the 1st Street Extension in Kongu Nagar. It’s a pretty typical street for this area, with a lot of small businesses squeezed together. Beyond International is a name we’ve used for years, but we are really just a small group of people working out of a modest office. We focus on international orders, which means a lot of our time is spent waiting for emails from people in different time zones. Our space is functional. We have a few computers, some filing cabinets, and a table where we inspect samples. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just show up on time and do what we said we would do. The neighborhood is full of textile activity, so there is always a truck blocking the road or someone carrying rolls of fabric. It’s a busy, productive atmosphere. We aren't a huge company with layers of management. If you call, you’ll probably talk to the person who is actually packing your order. We like keeping it small because it’s easier to manage and we know exactly what is happening with every shipment. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend to catch up, but that’s just part of the trade. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a reliable business from our little spot in Kongu Nagar.
