Veejaylakshmi Engg Works

Our workshop is located at number 5/245 in Malar Vizhi Nagar. That’s in the M.K. Patti area of Pollachi. We’ve been here for quite some time now, working on all sorts of engineering projects. It’s a typical engineering works setup, so don’t expect anything clean or particularly quiet. There’s always the sound of machines running and the smell of metal and oil in the air. We are a small crew of guys who just like fixing things and building parts for local businesses. The building is basically a large shed with a concrete floor and a few heavy workbenches. It gets pretty hot during the middle of the day, so we usually have all the big doors wide open to get a bit of air moving through the space. We don't have an office staff or anyone to answer phones all day. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us has to wipe the grease off our hands and go grab it. We aren't interested in being a big corporation or having fancy titles. We just want to do the work that people bring to us and make sure it holds up under pressure. Pollachi is a nice place to be based, even if we are tucked away in a quiet corner like Malar Vizhi Nagar. We have our daily routine, our tools, and our scheduled tea breaks. It’s a simple life and the work is hard on the hands, but it’s what we’ve always done. We don't do any real advertising; people around here just know where to find us.
