Sakthi Engg. Works

Sakthi Engg. Works is located at 9/1, Sakthi Co-Op. Industrial Estate. We are right off Udumalpet Road, which is usually quite noisy with trucks and machinery moving around all day. It is an industrial area, so do not expect anything too pretty or polished. The floor is often dusty, and there is always some kind of noise coming from the neighbors or our own equipment. We have been here long enough that the sounds do not really bother us anymore. It is just how it is when you are working with metal and parts. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like things done. There is not a lot of talking during the busy hours, just the sound of work getting done. The address is easy to find if you know Udumalpet Road, but the estate itself can be a bit of a maze if it is your first time visiting us. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than in the office. It is a hands-on kind of place. We do not go in for fancy signs or big advertisements. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they saw the name on the gate. It is just a regular workshop where things get built and fixed. We take things one day at a time here. (256 words)
