We are out in Vadapudur Village at number 69. To get to Imate Engineering Pvt. Ltd., you have to take the Veeragounden Pudur Road in Kinathukadavu. It is a bit of a drive out from the city, which makes it a lot quieter out here. The air is better, and you can actually hear yourself think. We are an engineering firm, so our building is mostly filled with machinery and heavy equipment. It’s a village setting, so things move a bit slower than in the middle of town. We know our neighbors, and they know us. Most of the people working here live nearby. Our workshop is a bit dusty because of the road and the nature of the work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a person to greet you at the door. You just walk into the main area and find whoever is available. We handle a lot of metal fabrication and mechanical parts. It is hard work, and the days can be long. Sometimes we have to wait for supplies to come down the road from the city. But we like the peace out here in Kinathukadavu. It is a practical place for a business like ours. We don't waste money on things we don't need. We just focus on the machines and getting the orders out to the people who need them. It's a simple, honest life. We usually wrap things up when the sun starts setting over the fields.
