Our office is tucked away in P.V.G. Nagar in Tirupur. The full address is kind of long, Kumar Nagar No.10 at K.S.N. House on 3rd Street. Sskv Techbuilds has been operating from here for some time. Tirupur is a busy place, especially with all the garment factories and traffic, but our little corner is usually alright. We mostly focus on building projects. Most of the guys here wear jeans and boots because we are always headed out to some site or another. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see many suits. We have a few computers and some big tables for looking at plans. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full blast. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in Valaiyangadu. It’s a practical way to run a business. We handle the technical side of building and the actual construction too. Sometimes the rainy season slows us down but we manage. You learn to work around the weather and the local holidays. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Coimbatore, just one that gets on with things and stays busy. We’ve got a good group of people who show up and do their part every day. That is about all there is to it. It’s hard work, but we are used to it.
