Arvaass Syndicates

We set up Arvaass Syndicates over at 14 Priya Vinayagar Kovil, which is right near West Palladam. It’s a quiet enough spot until we start moving equipment around. We’ve been working in this area for a while and most of the locals know who we are. Our work involves a lot of coordination between different people and materials. It’s not always a smooth process; sometimes the trucks are late or we have a shortage of some specific part. We just deal with those things as they come up. The office is a simple place where we keep our records and meet with people to discuss their ideas. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Most of our tools are a bit worn out, but they still work just fine. We spend a lot of time walking around sites and making sure things are being built the way they were supposed to be. It’s a lot of grit and sweat, especially during the hotter months when the sun is really beating down. West Palladam has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit into it pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that gets the job finished. It’s a practical way to make a living and it keeps us busy enough. There’s always another project waiting once the current one wraps up, so we don't have much downtime. We just keep going.
