The office is pretty standard, nothing too fancy to look at. We deal with urban projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and plans. The atmosphere in the office is usually quite focused, though we do have our fair share of tea breaks and casual chats. Avinashi Road stays busy almost all day long, so there's a constant hum of engines in the background. We don't really go for the corporate polish you see in big city brochures. We are just a group of people trying to get things built and managed correctly. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to spend a Saturday clearing it out. It’s just the way it goes. Our team is a mix of older folks who have been here forever and some newer faces. We don’t have a strict dress code or anything. Most days it’s just shirts and trousers, ready to head out to a site if needed. Being in Ganghinagar makes it easy to get around to different parts of the city. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this place. It’s where we do our best work, away from the hype.
