Our place is located at 6/152 and 155 on the main road that goes from Perumanallur to Gobi. We’re in Kunnathur, which is in the Tirupur district. It’s a good location because we get to see a lot of what’s happening on the road. The office is right there on the main stretch, so it’s easy for people to stop in. We started this because we saw a lot of growth happening in this part of Tamil Nadu. We aren't some big corporate firm from the city. We’re just local guys who know about land and building things. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s mostly filled with maps and ledgers. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just do our work and let people talk about it if they want to. Sometimes it’s dusty because of the road traffic, but we don’t mind. We’ve got a small crew and we’ve been working together for a long time. We know the area around Kunnathur like the back of our hands. If someone asks us about a plot of land or a project, we give them a straight answer. We don’t like to beat around the bush. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. We just show up every morning and get to work. It’s just us and the road most of the time at MPSP Promoters Private Limited.
