Manrudh Developers Private Limited is situated at 1/5 Susaiyapuram, inside the Rika Arcade in Rayapuram. This is right in the heart of the Tirupur area, so you can imagine the energy around here. Tirupur is famous for its industry, and being in Rayapuram puts us right in the thick of it. Our office in Rika Arcade is where all the planning happens. It’s a simple space, mostly filled with folders, site plans, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll just see us working. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about different development projects. The traffic around Susaiyapuram can be a bit much during the day, so we’ve learned to plan our site visits early in the morning. We are just a group of people trying to do a good job in the local property market. There are no scripted speeches here. We talk to our neighbors and clients just like we talk to each other. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Sometimes we stay late to finish up drawings or sort out logistics, but that’s just the nature of the work. We've been here in Tirupur for a while and we know the streets and the people well. It’s just a normal workplace where things get done without any extra polish.
