Our place is over in Tirupur, specifically at Krishna Nagar in Kallankadu. The address is a bit long, SF 541/1, 2/760A, near the Veerapandi post. It’s a quiet enough area for an office, and we’ve settled in well here. GV Builders Private Limited is run by people who grew up around here. We know the land and we know how things work in this part of Erode and Tirupur. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we keep our tools and papers. We spend a lot of time driving between different sites, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, it’s usually to catch up on paperwork or meet with someone about a new project. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to people face-to-face and get things sorted out. Working in the building trade means you get your hands dirty, and we are fine with that. It’s a straightforward business for us. We’ve seen a lot of houses and buildings go up around Krishna Nagar lately. It’s nice to be a part of that growth. We don't have a flashy website or a sales team. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. Some days the sun is really hot, but we just keep going until the job is finished. That’s how we’ve always done things here in Veerapanadi post area.
