Capscrown Terra Llp is located over at 37, T S K Nagar, which is on 3rd Street just off the main Dharapuram Road in Tiruppur. Being in this part of Coimbatore keeps us fairly busy most days. Our office is a normal place where we handle land deals and terra projects. It is not a big corporate building or anything. It is just a spot where we can sit down with people and look at land plans. Some days are pretty slow and we just drink coffee and talk, while other days the phone won't stop ringing about different plots. Tiruppur is known for being a town where people work hard, and we try to fit into that way of living. We handle local land stuff and try to make sure the records are sorted out. Sometimes the traffic on Dharapuram Road gets to be a lot, but we have lived here long enough to not mind it. We deal with a lot of regular people who are just trying to find a bit of ground for a house or a shed. It is very practical work. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just know the 641604 area well. If you stop by 3rd Street, you will see us there. It is usually a quiet enough street once you get off the main road.
