We are set up down in Nizampatnam, which is a bit of a quiet spot in the Guntur district. The exact location is 23-66 in Gokarnamatam. It’s quite different from the big cities. We have this place here for people who want to stay near the coast or are visiting for business in the port area. It’s a big building, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages, so we speak the local way. We spend our mornings checking the rooms and making sure the garden area looks okay. It gets quite hot in Andhra, so we focus a lot on the cooling systems. We have some space for events, but mostly it's just travelers staying the night. The road out here can be a bit dusty sometimes.
