We are based out in Kulamandai Village, which is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the bigger towns. The address is 2/75A, Ekamparam Udaiyar Street. It’s a quiet area in Cheyyar Taluk where most people know each other by name. We spend our days out on the land, dealing with whatever the weather throws at us. Sometimes it’s too dry, other times we get more rain than we know what to do with. That’s just how it is when you’re working in Tiruvannamalai. We have a small group of people helping out, and we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible, though there’s always something that needs fixing. Whether it's a tractor acting up or a fence line that needs attention, the work never really stops. We don’t have a fancy website or a big team of sales people. It’s just us here in Erumaivetti Post doing the daily chores and looking after the crops. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay. Most of the time you’ll find us in the fields or in the small office on Ekamparam Udaiyar Street. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the job done and hope for a decent harvest at the end of the season. The mornings are usually the best part of the day.
