Our group, Tntt Natrampalli Women Fed Food Processing Farmer Producer Company Limited, operates out of No.718 in Pachur Village. If you know the Tirupattur area in Vellore, you probably know how much farming goes on around here. We are a collection of women who decided to work on food processing together. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on our feet, but we’re used to it by now. The village life in Pachur is quiet mostly, except when we are in the middle of a big batch of processing. We try to keep things organized at our spot, though it can get a bit cluttered when things are busy. Being a farmer producer company means we are all in this together. We don't have a boss in a suit telling us what to do; we just figure it out as we go. Vellore has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We take the crops from the local fields and turn them into products people can use. It keeps us busy and helps out the families in the village. We’ve stayed at this address for a reason because it’s close to where the food grows. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just local women working hard at 635854. Every day is different, but the goal is always to finish the work and go home.
