Suthan Biofarms is located on the first floor of building number 82 in Iyyappanagar, which is part of the NGO A Colony. It is a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, and that actually suits us very well. We do not really need a big, flashy storefront on a busy main street to do our work. Most of what we do involves the science and the practical side of bio-farming, so we spend a significant amount of our time in our small office here. It is not a very large space, but it is plenty for what we need to get through our daily tasks. We have a few simple desks, some old filing cabinets, and usually a few samples of the organic materials we are working with. We are definitely not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small and very dedicated team of local people. We spend a lot of time discussing different bio-farming methods and trying to figure out how to improve the soil and our crop yields. It can get a bit technical sometimes, but we try to keep things as straightforward as possible. We did not start this business to get rich quickly; we just wanted to do something that felt useful. The stairs leading up to the first floor can be a bit tiring, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the dirt and the plants and trying to make the farm work.
