You can find Star Travels & Tours over in Melapalayam on the first floor of the Puthumanai Pallivasal Complex. We are at number 231 on Azad Road, which stays pretty busy since it is near the Main Bazaar. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up some stairs, but it’s a good location once you get here. We’ve been part of this community for a while, helping people sort out their trips. Whether it is a quick trip or something longer, we just handle the details as they come. The bazaar area gets crowded, especially in the evenings, so it’s a lively place to work. Our office is simple, just some desks and chairs where we talk to customers. We don't spend money on expensive decorations. We'd rather just focus on the work. People often stop by after doing their shopping at the bazaar to ask about vehicle availability. It is a local business, so we know many of our customers by name. Sometimes things get a little chaotic with everyone wanting to go at the same time, but we manage. We aren't some big chain from the city. We are just local people working in Tirunelveli. We keep track of the schedules and try to make sure the drivers are ready. It is a lot of coordination, but it keeps us busy. If you are near the complex, you can just pop in and see us.
