If you are walking down Madurai Road near the Indian Bank, you will find us in the Parasakthi Building at number seven. It is a busy spot in Tirunelveli Junction, and we have been here for a good while now. Most of our days are spent sitting at our desks, looking at bus schedules and trying to help people figure out how to get from one place to another. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with all the traffic outside, but that is just how it is around the junction. People mostly come in just to ask about train seats or timing for the private buses. We sit here and try to find the best way for them on the computer. It isn't anything fancy or corporate. There are some old chairs for you to sit on while we check the availability. My family has lived in this area for a long time, so we know the local roads and routes pretty well. If you are going to Chennai or just to a nearby village, we usually have a way to help you out. We keep some physical files too, just in case the technology acts up. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the ceiling fan running at full speed. People often stop by after finishing their work at the bank next door. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy. It is just a small, local office where we handle travel stuff. That is pretty much what goes on here every day.
