Aakash Tours & Air Travels

Our office is located in the Wavoo Centre on Old Madurai Road. If you know where Subramanian Kidney Care Hospital is, then we are right across the street from it. It is a very busy road, and finding a place to park can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we have managed to stay here for a while. We do a lot of air travel bookings, mostly for people who are heading out of the country for work or going to visit their relatives. It is a small space inside the Aakash Building. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is walking in to check on a passport or a flight ticket they booked earlier. We try to keep things simple and just tell people exactly what is available. I spend a lot of my time on the phone with various airlines or looking at the latest prices on the computer screen. It can be tiring work, but seeing someone get their tickets and head off to the airport feels alright. We have some travel posters on the walls, though they are getting a bit old and dusty now. The junction area is always moving, and we are right in the middle of all that daily rush. People often drop in while they are waiting for someone at the hospital across the road. We do not use any complicated systems or fancy language. It is just a plain office where we work hard to make sure the dates and names are correct.
