Shanmuga Customer Service

Shanmuga Customer Service is located in the Srinivasa Complex, specifically at No B 204. We’re over in Jawahar Nagar, in the Ngob Colony part of Tirunelveli. Being near the new bus stand is a major advantage because people are always coming and going from that area. It makes our office easy to reach for anyone who’s already in town for other chores. We handle various customer service tasks, which basically means we help people solve problems and get their paperwork or bills sorted out. It’s not a fancy job, but it’s something people need. The Srinivasa Complex has several other shops too, so there is usually a lot of noise and foot traffic in the hallways. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office where we sit and work through whatever people bring us. Some days are slow and we just chat with the guys from the other shops, while other days the phone won’t stop ringing and everyone is in a hurry. We try to be helpful without making things more complicated than they actually are. Jawahar Nagar is a growing area, and we’ve seen plenty of changes since we first set up in this room. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that; we just rely on being here and doing the work right. If you’re near the new bus stand and need some help, walk over.
