P L S Exports

We have been sitting here on North Car Street in Sankarankoil for a long time now. Most people know the area because of the temple, so we get a lot of noise and people walking by all day. P L S Exports started out pretty small, just a few of us trying to figure out how to send stuff overseas without it getting broken or stuck in some port. It is mostly about the work here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the crates before they go out. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up on the shelves. We do not have a big fancy team or anything like that. It is just a handful of us who know how things work around here. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We handle all sorts of exports, mostly whatever the local guys need to move. It is a lot of back and forth with the trucks and making sure the labels are right. We have seen the street change quite a bit over the years, but our spot stays the same. People come in and out, usually looking for someone else, but we just keep doing our thing.
