L I C Of India

We are located at number 1 on 1st Street in Nall Maker Nagar, which is over in the Thechanallur area. This is where we handle things for L I C of India. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to some of the bigger towns, which makes it a nice place to work. Our office is where people come to talk about their life insurance policies or ask questions about their premiums. We have a lot of files and ledgers because we still like to keep track of things properly. It’s not a very big office, but it serves the people living around here well enough. We see a lot of the same families coming in year after year to check on their plans or start new ones for their kids. We don't go in for all that high-pressure sales talk you hear about. We just sit down, have a glass of water, and look at what the policy says. Most of us have lived in or near Thechanallur for a long time, so we know the community. It’s a steady job and we try to do it as honestly as we can. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but we keep the fans going and carry on with the paperwork. It’s just a regular local office where we try to help our neighbors secure their future in a simple, no-nonsense way, and we usually end the day by double-checking all the new applications one last time.
