If you look for us, we are at 1D/16, which is upstairs at Hotel Saravanas. It’s on North High Ground Rod in Palayamkottai. Being near the Palai Stand makes it easy for travelers to find us since they are already in the area for the buses. Nellai Online Tours & Travels is basically just a few of us working in an office above the hotel. You can hear the sounds of the street and the hotel restaurant from here. We do a lot of work on the computers, booking trips and organizing tours for people who want to see things around Tirunelveli or further away. It’s a lot of clicking and checking prices. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk up the stairs and we are there. The address is 627002. It’s a practical location. Sometimes people come in after having a meal downstairs. We sit and talk about where they want to go. It’s a simple process. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. We just look at what’s available and tell them the price. The upstairs breeze is nice in the afternoons when it gets hot outside. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and it suits us just fine. It’s a quiet place to get the booking work finished. We usually stay until the last ticket is confirmed for the next morning’s travel plans.
