Indian Express

We are over here at 12 10 Church Street in the Kattampuli area of Rajavallipuram. It’s a quiet corner of the Tirunelveli district. People around here know where we are because we’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is just a normal place where we handle things for Indian Express. Sometimes the weather in Tamil Nadu gets really hot, so we just keep the fans going and get through the day. There’s no big fancy sign or anything, just us doing our work. Most mornings start early because that’s how it is in this line of business. The neighbors are mostly families and other small shops. We try to keep things tidy but it’s a busy workspace. You can find us right on the street there. It isn’t much to look at from the outside but it works for what we need. We handle the papers and make sure things move along. Sometimes the local kids play out front in the evening. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us. If you are walking down Church Street, you’ll see the door. We don’t have a big corporate office feel because we are just local people. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years but our spot stays the same. Just a simple place in a simple town. We keep the doors open and focus on the daily tasks. It is what it is, just a local spot.
