Our office is located at C 102 in the Ktc Colony area of Tirunelveli. It is quite a warm place, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch any breeze. The office is right there in Ktc Nagar, which is a place most people around here know well. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. There is no big corporate setup here, just a simple room where we sit and handle the work. I usually reach the office early before the sun gets too strong. We have a small kettle for making tea during the breaks. The colony is mostly families, so it feels very safe and local. We do our consulting work without much noise. Sometimes the street gets a bit loud when the school bus passes by, but otherwise, it is peaceful. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive chairs. The ones we have are comfortable enough for a few hours of work. If someone needs help, they just come in and sit down. We explain things in plain language so everyone understands what is happening with their files. It has been a steady few years for us in this spot. We like being part of the neighborhood here. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or talking on the phone with people who need advice on their paperwork.
