Elevator

We are based down in the Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu. Our specific area uses the 627453 pin code. It’s a long way from the big metros, but there is plenty of work to keep us busy here. We deal with elevators and all the mechanical parts that go along with them. It’s not the kind of job where you can sit behind a desk all day. We are usually out at different sites, checking on lifts and making sure everything is moving safely. The weather here can be really hot, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning when we can. Our office is more like a storage space for parts and a place to handle the local calls. People in the district know us because there aren't many folks doing this kind of specialized work around here. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our neighbors. We just explain what needs fixing and get to it. It’s a small operation and we take pride in just being reliable for the people who live in this part of the state. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit between towns, but that's just part of the job when you're working in Tirunelveli. It’s a local life and we like it.
