If you look across from the Ktc Depot in Palayamkottai, you’ll see us there in the Cmr Complex. Being right in Ktc Nagar means we get a lot of people who are just getting off the buses or waiting for their next ride. Tirunelveli is a place that stays busy, and our corner is no different. We started Hotel Sri Raam Krishnas because we wanted to have a spot right here near the depot. It’s not a fancy setup with a lot of decorations. We just have the tables and chairs and the kitchen running from morning until late at night. The 627002 area has changed a bit over the years, but we are still here doing the same things every day. We don’t really do any big marketing or anything like that. People just see the sign when they are walking past the complex. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the buses all arrive at the same time, but we just handle one person at a time. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the floors stay clean despite all the foot traffic. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just make sure the food is ready and the place is open when people are hungry. It’s just a local business run by local people who know the neighborhood well. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
