We are located at No 12, right near the Central Bus Stand in Tirunelveli Junction. Being so close to the bus stand means it is always very loud and busy just outside our front door. There are people coming and going at all hours of the day. We handle air travel services, which might sound fancy, but it is mostly just us sitting at our desks and navigating different websites to find flights for people. Many of our customers are locals who are planning to go abroad for work. They come in with all their documents, and we try to sort out the best dates and prices for them. The office is simple, nothing much to look at, just a practical place to get work done. We have been in this spot for a while now, and we have seen the junction change quite a bit over the years. It is a very convenient location because everyone in town knows where the bus stand is. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how the booking systems work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, and we have to ask people to wait a while. We do not use any sales talk or marketing phrases. People come here because they need a ticket, and we do our best to get them one. It is a lot of phone calls and checking details over and over again.
