Sr.Site Engineer

Being at 22/33 Shubam Garden in Srinivasa Nagar puts us in a good spot for working across Trichy. It is a quiet enough residential area, but we use the space there to manage all our site engineering activities. My days are mostly spent traveling between different locations, so the office is more of a home base for the morning and evening. You will see a lot of site boots and hard hats lying around near the door. It is a messy job, but someone has to do it. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just have our experience and the local reputation we've built up over time. Trichy is a city where word of mouth matters more than anything else, so we just focus on doing things the right way. The office is small and a bit cramped with all the project files, but it works for us. We have a tea stall just down the road where we do most of our thinking and planning. It’s a simple life, focused on the technical side of building and making sure the sites are running according to plan. We don’t use big words to describe what we do; we just call it engineering and leave it at that. It's about being practical and getting the work done so we can move on to the next one.
