We are located in the Sidco Industrial Estate at Thuvakudy, specifically at plot number D-98. This is a big area with many different workshops and factories, so there is always some noise from machinery and trucks moving around. We have a large shed here where we do our engineering and fabrication work. It is a very practical space. The floors are concrete, and there are tools and pieces of metal scattered around the different work stations. We don't have a fancy entrance or a lobby for guests. Most people just walk right into the workshop area. We have been operating out of this estate for a long time. The workers are local people who know the trade well. We usually get to the shop early to beat the heat of the day. Much of the work involves welding, cutting, and shaping metal according to the orders we receive. It can get dusty and loud, but that is just the nature of what we do. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or corporate meetings. We just look at the plans and get the machines running. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors at the other units in the estate during our breaks. It is a hardworking place where we just focus on getting through the daily list of jobs. There is nothing complicated about how we run things here.
