We are Lakshmi Refractories And Engineers. Our workshop is inside the Ramesh Industrial Complex, which sits right on the Tanjavur Main Road in the Kamaraj Nagar part of Ariyamangalam. It’s a busy area with a lot of other businesses around us. You can usually hear the sound of traffic from the main road all day long. We deal with refractory materials and some engineering work. It is a lot of heavy lifting and making sure things are built to handle heat. The complex itself is quite old, but it works for what we do. We have enough space for our equipment and a small area where we keep the records. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time. We know the regulars who come by for supplies or to ask about a project. The air around Ariyamangalam can get a bit thick with the dust from all the industrial activity, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have much in the way of decorations. The walls are plain, and the focus is always on the work on the tables. We keep our hours consistent, opening up early and staying until the day's tasks are finished. It is a no-nonsense type of place. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the Ramesh complex sign and you will find us tucked in there with the others. We just do our bit and try to stay busy. It keeps the lights on.
