R M K Engineering Industry

R M K Engineering Industry is based out of unit 15 in the Sidco Anchillary Industrial Estate. Thiruverambur is an industrial area, so it’s pretty gray and busy most of the time. There’s always the sound of machines or trucks moving in the background. It’s not a place for scenery, but it’s a place for work. Our building at number 15 is just like the others around it—functional and sturdy. We have a lot of heavy equipment inside. The floors are concrete and have plenty of scuff marks from over the years. We spend our days here making sure things run right. It gets noisy, so we’ve all gotten used to talking a bit louder. There’s a small break area where we keep the kettle. The industrial estate has a lot of different businesses, so you see all sorts of people around. We’ve been in Thiruverambur for a while now. The commute can be a bit long depending on the traffic, but once we’re here, we just get into the rhythm of the day. It’s not a polished environment. There’s dust and the smell of oil, but it’s where we feel at home. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy receptions. It’s just us in the workshop. We keep things simple. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of something. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way. No one wears a suit here. We wear what’s practical for the job. It’s a solid place for R M K Engineering Industry to be.
