Kalai Tutorial & Tuition Centre

Kalai Tutorial & Tuition Centre is at No.16, Kennedy Street in Trichy. We are in the Ranjithapuram area, which is quite close to the TVS Tolgate. If you are familiar with Trichy, you know that area is always moving. Our place is on a smaller street, so it’s a little quieter than the main road. We have a simple sign out front and a few rooms inside for teaching. The rooms have large windows that look out onto the street. We’ve been here for many years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Usually, the first batch of students arrives early in the evening. We have a lot of plastic chairs and a few sturdy tables. It’s not a very big place, so we have to be careful about how we arrange everything. The walls have some marks from where desks have bumped against them over time. We don't mind it much. It feels like a place where people actually work. We spend our time explaining lessons and grading papers. Sometimes we take a break and walk down towards the TVS Tolgate to get a snack. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of business. We don't have a website or any fancy tech. Just a phone and some registers. We are just happy to be here in Subramaniapuram doing our part for the local kids. It’s a good way to stay busy.
