It Products

Out here at 1/5 Kudi Street in Koothur, you’ll find our little shop, It Products. Being in the Trichy area means we get a mix of local folks and people passing through. We aren't a big retail chain. Our store is just a basic building where we stock things people actually need, like mice, keyboards, and various adapters. We’ve been at this Koothur address for a good number of years. It’s a quiet street for the most part. Inside, the shelves are pretty packed. We don't have anyone to clean for us, so things might get a bit dusty on the shelves sometimes. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what works for their home setups. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have a website with a shopping cart. If you want something, you just come in and ask. Sometimes we have to order things in, which can take a few days. We don't mind the wait, and usually, our customers don't either. It’s a slower pace of life here than in the big cities. We like it that way. Most of the time it’s just us sitting behind the counter or checking the inventory. We don't do big sales events. We just try to keep the prices fair for the neighborhood. It’s a simple shop for simple needs. We’re just glad to be part of the community here and to help out where we can.
