Our spot is on North Pillyar Kovil Street in the Varganery area of Trichy. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s a bit of an older part of town with a lot of character. We’re at 55/7, and it’s a regular building that fits right in with the houses and small shops around it. Working at Incedo Software here in Trichy - 8 is different than being in a big IT park. We hear the sounds from the street, people talking, and the bells from the temple nearby. It’s a very local vibe. Our office is filled with computers, cables, and usually a few half-empty coffee mugs. We’re mostly local people working here, so the conversations are often in a mix of English and Tamil. We don't have any fancy signs or a big cafeteria; we just go out to the local tea shop when we need a break. The work is steady, mostly focused on the software side of things, but we handle it in a way that feels more like a small family business. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to fix a bug or meet a deadline, but we usually manage to keep things relaxed. We like being in Varganery because it feels connected to the real city, not just an isolated office block. It’s just us doing our thing on Pillyar Kovil Street, keeping the servers running and the code moving.
