Manager Tech

We work out of the Professors Colony in Tinsukia, Assam. Our tech setup is located at the home of P. K. Bhattacharjee, which gives the whole operation a very personal and local feel. It is a quiet, green neighborhood with lots of trees around, which is a nice change from the busier parts of town. We have taken one of the rooms and filled it with computers, cables, and various pieces of hardware. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We handle technical management and support for various projects from this small base. Assam gets a lot of rain, so we often work while the rain is drumming on the roof outside. We don't have any fancy office furniture, just some sturdy tables and chairs that we’ve gathered over time. There’s no corporate branding on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up to keep us on track. We usually have some local tea and snacks while we are debugging code or talking to clients over the internet. The people living nearby know us as the group who stays up late working on their screens. Being in Tinsukia means we have a slower pace of life, which helps when we are dealing with stressful technical problems. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and we like being part of the community here.
