We are located right near the UBI bank in Makum, which is in the Tinsukia district of Assam. Ajeet Singh Saggu is the one who keeps things moving here. It’s a busy little spot because of the main road and people are always coming and going. We mostly help people figure out how to get from one place to another, whether they need a car for a day or a longer trip across the state. Assam can be a bit tricky to travel in because of the weather and the road conditions, so we spend a lot of time checking on things like that. Our office is simple, just a place to sit and talk about travel plans over a cup of tea. We don't have any big brochures or fancy displays, just our notebooks and the phone. We know the local drivers and which routes are the fastest during the rainy season. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the vehicles are in good shape before they head out. Sometimes a bus is late or a road is blocked, and we have to find a different way for our clients. It’s just the way things are in this part of the country. We've been in Makum for a long time and the locals know to come to us when they need to get somewhere safely. It's honest work and we enjoy seeing people off on their journeys to different places.
