Air Ticketing Agent

Air Ticketing Agent is a small operation located at C/O Sripuria New Colony in Tinsukia, Assam. Our pin code is 786125. We work out of a small office space here in the colony. Our main job is to help people book their flights. Many folks in Tinsukia aren't comfortable using the internet for big payments, so they come to us. We have a computer and a printer that we use to get their tickets ready. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any fancy furniture or a big lobby. There are just a few chairs for people to sit while we look for flights. Sometimes it takes a while to find a good price, especially during the holiday seasons. We spend our day checking different airline websites. It can get a bit tiring staring at the screen for so long. We are just local people trying to provide a useful service. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the tickets are correct so there are no problems at the airport. We’ve been in Sripuria for some time now and most of the neighbors know us. If someone needs to fly to Guwahati or Delhi, they usually stop by our place first. We try to be helpful and explain the rules for baggage and cancellations. It’s just a normal daily job for us here in Assam.
