We have been in the granite trade for a good while now, and it has always been a straightforward business for us. A fancy office or any polished sales staff are not part of the setup here. It is just us working from the site. When someone needs granite for their house, they usually just drive down and see us. We take them out to where the stone is kept so they can see the colors and patterns for themselves. Granite is a natural product, so it is never perfect, and we like to show people that. The work involves a lot of heavy lifting and coordinating with drivers who know these back roads. Sometimes when the monsoon is heavy, the trucks can't get through, so we just have to wait it out. Big promises we can't keep are not something we make. We just tell our customers what we have and when we can get it to them. It is a small operation, run by people who know the local area well.
