Maloor Granite Aggregates is tucked away on Kurishupally Road in Adat. Our door number is 17/436A. Thrissur is a big place, but Adat has its own feel, and that’s where we like to stay. We handle granite for all sorts of local needs. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use a lot of technology or fancy systems; we mostly rely on our pens, paper, and phones. The road outside can get a bit narrow, so managing the trucks takes some skill. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the local builders and the people living nearby. It’s a bit of a dusty job, but someone has to do it. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just provide the materials people need to build their own piece of it. The office is right there in the building on the road. People stop by to chat about prices or when a load can be dropped off. We try to be fair and just get through the day's work. It’s a lot of checking piles of stone and making sure the weight is correct. Every day is a bit different, depending on the orders we get. We like the pace here in Adat. It’s home, and the business is just part of our life in this neighborhood. Hopefully, the Kurishupally Road stays clear for the loaders today.
