Excel Abrasives

In Thrissur, we are located in the Moothdath Building over in Puranattukara. It is a 7/77 address, and it is a pretty straightforward place to work. Abrasives are what we deal with, so there is always a bit of grit and dust around if we are handling samples. The building is standard for the area, and we have a decent amount of space for what we need. It is usually quite humid here, so we keep the fans going all day long to stay sane. We have a desk for the paperwork and some heavy shelves for the grinding wheels and sanding papers. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the inventory to see what needs to be ordered. It is not the kind of place where you would expect anything fancy. We have a small calendar on the wall and a clock that is always five minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it. Outside, the road is busy with people heading into the main part of Thrissur. We usually take our lunch breaks together, bringing food from home in tiffins. It is a quiet routine, mostly. We have been here long enough that the local delivery drivers don't even need to look at the map anymore. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized, even if the desk gets messy by noon. There’s a small tree right outside the entrance that provides a bit of shade in the afternoons which is nice during the hottest months.
